I've been bombarded with flipster software messages to my email since yesterday and I'm growing suspicious. Does anyone use flipster software and are they having success?

@Thomas Good

@Melanie Hartmann Based on my experience compared to Realeflow, Flipster is way better for lead gen and deal analysis by far. But Realefow is a more dedicated CRM , I personally think they compliment each other. Have one All-In-One real estate lead gen software and then having a dedicated CRM with a follow up system in place is what personally makes sense to me and my team. To be honest, I have spent alot more time using PropStream and it does all the same things as Flipster on a macro level such as the lead gen and the deal analysis and I have been satisfied with PropStreams performance overall. I have used PropStream/Repropfinder's skip tracing service (60% success rate) and I reach home owners and buyers on the phone with regularity. About 0.60 per skip I believe. With that said, having a seperate CRM IMO for the lead management makes a difference especially if you are deligating and assinging leads and want to track a project from start to finish and cross collaborate through notes and shared documents.

I do not work for/ nor have i ever worked for or with any of these companies.

    After reading all the comments about flipster, I wouldn't spend money. Flipster offers free version Data Cruncher. Skeptical at first , another guru selling his program. After running comps from Redfin, pricing was accurate. Perform your du diligence. Program offers good basis start analyzing properties. Proof of funds letters he offers $297 package. I was able locate POF from Hard money lender through referral on FB. (The Title Lady) Located in MD.

    Thanks for All the review; I bought this when it first came out, I actually have owned several memberships with Jerry Norton, and I feel they were all money grabs without any real benefit. I believe support actually thinks if they are snippy & rude with the customers, they don't have to work as hard.   The programs don't work as expected in the videos, and I will advise everyone to stay away from Flipping Mastery and Flipster.  The best content from Jerry Norton are the free Youtube videos.

    I am so sad to know that software is not what Jerry Norton says on the promo. In the promo he says clearly that for $97.00 a month you can get everything he says that the system provides. Sounds like bad business practice.

    Amen for forums. The guy does put out great content, but as always, they put out just enough info to sucker you in and then take you to the bank to get the rest.

    So can anybody give me a recommendation of a different software or softwares that has similar functions that I would be better off with or would be more cost effective than Flipster?

    Without getting specific into one program over another provided by the so called 'gurus', I have noticed one thing in common:

    Their presentations are always prepared to pull your legs with false or inaccurate facts about their products. Once you are in, the none sense and upselling starts. You realize that you can't go backward and you're not sure of what you are going to get if you move forward. In both cases you'll end up losing your money for nothing and completely disappointed . There is no transparency what so ever and I have yet to see a trust worthy guru who will lay it out for you the way it is upfront! I spent some money on different programs and I am glad I didn't spend a fortune before I realized this fact.

    Many of those so called gurus are in the business of marketing not investing and that's how they make their money! if they were in the business of investing why would they share a great lead generation software with you and increase their competitions over the same leads!!!!! Unless if their direction is completely the opposite of yours !!! keep this thought in mind.

    My conclusion:

    You can always learn about real estate investing on your own. There are lots of resources out there for free or at a fraction of guru's program costs. Learning for free is a zero risk strategy. It could take a little longer but, believe me you are not in a hurry because you are not going to get rich fast any way.

    Know for sure your success depends on "Marketing" to generate your own leads not others so called 'leads' that are pulled out of many websites using some scripts then labeled and categorized to you as motivated sellers for example when in fact they're not motivated at all.

    Real estate investing starts with marketing and you need the money for it. There is no truth about investing in real estate with no money down. You can use other people money when you find a deal but even then you may still need some money to close a deal. But to find a deal you will need the marketing money and that's what all gurus fail to be transparent with you about. Take away: Your own leads are your best leads.

    I could be wrong but thats my own conclusion. Best for all.

    I receive a lots of complaints from my clients about Flipster software. It has been on the market for quite a long and people always questions if it legitimate. The main complaints are that there are numerous popups on your computer, the program does not work as well as promised, and many files do not actually download when you purchase them with your credit card through this website.

    Apologies Ramada. At the time when I used this platform, it seemed limited. You would have to pay for more services to get full use of the product. I have been using Propstream for over 6 months now and I find it very useful in creating lists and searching for off-market deals.

     what is Flipster Sofware?  So many are trying to reinvent the wheel. RE is nothing but numbers, just know them. Its NOT rocket science.
