I have been checking out mobile home park and self storage operators and came across Wellings capital. Apparently they are not the operator but find deals for investors. Any feedback from anyone who has invested with them would be greatly appreciated. I signed up for their upcoming webinar.

@Paul Moore is the owner of Wellings Capital and he is pretty active on BP, both on the forums and on his own blog here. There have been a few threads like this over the years, if you research his history you can learn more that way too!

@David Morovitz I have been investing with Wellings for some time and they’ve always hit their benchmarks for distributions. In addition, one of their operators just exited a property which resulted in another distribution above and beyond what was anticipated.
More importantly, I can’t say enough positive things about the integrity of @Paul Moore and the group at Wellings Capital.

Hi David- I am familiar with Wellings Capital. I invested $50K of self directed Roth IRA funds with them about 18 months ago after being referred to them and listening to a webinar. So far they have delivered on their anticipated returns. From my perspective it has been a success, and I'll probably invest more in the future. Feel free to reach out with any questions, happy to share more details.

@David Morovitz Hi David, I am an investor will Wellings Capital and have been happy with the communication and the investments. @Paul Moore is a smart, seasoned, and approachable guy who does all the leg work to find deals and negotiate great returns. The funds fill quickly, which speaks to the popularity of the management team and performance. I always recommend vetting for yourself in addition to getting feedback. Give them a call and talk to Paul or his team! Good luck!

David - I have known Paul Moore for several years and invested in two of Wellings Cap funds. Plus I have talked with Paul on many occasions and spent a number of hours with him in person. Paul is one of the most honest and ethical people I have met in my 40 years of being in real estate. His gift is in finding the right operators for the funds, and the Wellings due diligence process is exhaustive. Very (very!) few operators make the cut. I have found that quality of people is the most important predictor of success in any investment. Wellings has performed better than projected, and I plan to make additional investments in future funds. They are top drawer. Am happy to discuss further if you wish. - Bill Coppedge
