Local Market Charts and Other Data

I'm wondering what websites or sources you guys use to learn about the latest trends in your local market. I would love to find data charted over the last few months such as median home price, days on market, and number of listings vs home sales. I live in the north suburbs of Chicago, IL, so looking for a good source to check in a few times a month and see how the market is shifting. What do you guys use?
