Hey I have a modest amount of savings. I'm looking for properties in the range of 80k preferably duplexes and triplex. Can you suggest what cities/neighborhoods to look into?
Stick within your immediate area. Be within driving distance to be able to walk your properties if need be. This is crucial as a new investor, maybe not 15 houses down the line.
