    Thanks for sharing the market update! I'm curious; have you considered pulling rental data from sources beyond just the MLS?

    As a local realtor, investor, and someone involved in property management, I've noticed a significant number of rental listings, even from management companies not showing up on the MLS. When I help clients search for rentals, many options were listed elsewhere.

    It might be interesting to see how the trends or stats shift if another data source is included, especially since the choice of listing platform could be influencing the rental figures. Just my two cents, but I think additional sources might offer a more complete picture of the current rental market.
