I wanted to share what we’re seeing work right now when it comes to cold calling and seller outreach.
Over the last few months, we’ve been running targeted cold-calling campaigns for investors across different niches, and a few things consistently stand out:
• List quality beats volume every time
• Clean data + clear seller pain points matter more than scripts
• Speed to follow-up is what actually converts “maybe” sellers
• Consistency > one-off call blitzes
We focus heavily on list pulling, skip tracing, and trained callers so investors spend their time on appointments and deals—not chasing bad leads.
