The author needs to check a map. There is good data in this article but how they've described the geography of the FL cities is way off.

super inflated based on city size. you need to give some weight to net additions. miami is on fire and it's silly not to even be on your list. you need to account for appreciation and actual net migrations by head count not just by percent. I'd love someone to compare Fort Myers florida to miami florida.
