looking to MTR our STR for the winter. Besides Furnished Finder, what are the other websites worth posting on for mid-term rentals? Any help and information is appreciated.

Short term sites like Airbnb you can search for 30+ day rentals also I found Kopa I have ours listed on.
A lot of MTR type sites are specific to an area. You can put a MTR on Zillow and or Redfin, and probably get some traction. Also, you can use a proprietary website, and use social media, pay per click, Google business, trip advisor, to generate interest. Then there’s always a Realtor or property manager, though my experience is that you’ll need multiple units to attract the attention of the successful real estate professionals.

Defenitly Airbnb, Zillow and places like that can work as well the but the majority of people on the longer term sites wont want the place furnished. From my experience VRBO is not worth it as the fees are high and relatively little action comes through them.
But the draw back is: While they don't charge your to list your property on their site, they DO CHARGE a fee when your property is booked.
The host service fee is 3-12% of the total amount of monthly rent for the stay, depending on the length of stay with longer stays yielding lower service fees.
We use Airbnb, Furnished Finder, VRBO, and FB marketplace for our properties in Los Angeles. Most of our bookings are from the first two. There are specialty websites like Kopa and Homads, but I haven't felt the need to list elsewhere since we get enough leads through the current websites we use.
Regarding the fees. Keep in mind Airbnb's fees are no better but everyone uses them. The host fee is 3% and the guest fee is around 12-15%, regardless of length of stay. We offset this by raising our rates on Airbnb so our gross income after fees is the same as our direct bookings. You can do the same thing with a website like Kopa. Just raise your prices 5-12% to cover the fee.
Question for you Daniel, are you getting enough traction through Furnished Finder? Have you listing it already and started reaching out to leads? I'd say its definitely worth listing on Airbnb too.
I haven't had much luck in this area with Furnished Finder which is why I was interested in possible alternatives.
Are there other listings in your area on FF? I wonder if it's a lack of demand or something about your listing or price you can change to make it more attractive. Do you have any hospitals nearby?
Do a search on Airbnb too to see if there are other MTRs like yours in your area

Yes, there are a few hospitals. Thanks for the advice, I will look into some of the other listings.

I find a lot of success through Airbnb. another method that I see people use is posting in FB groups alot, they seem to get a significant amount of interest on there as well.
As a travel nurse myself, I usually check out AirBNB first (easier for me instead of having to go through the whole lease signing, background check, etc..). I would also recommend FB groups as well. Furnished Finder FB group is a good one.
