How Often Do You Provide Cleaning for Midterm Guests?
Quick question for the community:
How often are you offering cleaning for 30–90 day guests?
-Weekly?
-Biweekly?
-Monthly?
-Only on turnover?
Personally, I’ve found that one mid-stay refresh (45–60 days) works well without being intrusive.
But some hosts swear by weekly service (especially for corporate clients).
