Looking for recommendations for a lawyer who can help us close a multi family deal in the area (1031)

    What kind of MF deal?

    Do you need intermediary for the 1031?

    Do you need a title company for a deal you've already made on a small 2-4 unit multifamily?

    Do you need an attorney to write a contract on a larger multifamily deal 5+ units 50+ 100+?

    Is the property you are selling part of the 1031 or have you sold your original property and now buying the exchanged property?

    Hi Bruce,, 

    We need an atty to help us with a contract on a larger MF deal (13 units). This is the exchanged property and we're all set with the 1031 intermediary. Thank you and would love any recs!
