It is possible to have multiple sellers and one buyer. Happens most of the time in probate cases or title is vested on more than one person name. You still have one contract for all of them to sign. You can check with title company. They can guide you.
In this case, there are 8 townhome lots to make up one building all owned by different people. I am trying to wholesale all the lots as one transaction to a builder. Would that still work?
