Rent To Retirement Success!
Working with Rent To Retirement has been a great experience, this is the first time I have invested on a deal that they presented but it won’t be the last. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this, but their team walked me through the entire process — from choosing the right market to connecting me with property management, lenders, and other key contacts.
The deal they brought me from their network of properties was truly solid. The numbers worked, the location was strong, and it was exactly the kind of opportunity I was looking for. They also went above and beyond by coordinating directly with the builder to ensure that several necessary repairs were completed before closing. That level of hands-on involvement gave me a lot of confidence in both the property and the team.
