subto deal paperwork

I have a deal in the works that might be a subto deal.

Does anyone know where I can get the documents from?

Any help would be great.

Your purchase price will be the assumption of the remaning balance of the loan + down payment. There are a lot more disclosures, your title company can advise on that.
