Building Buyer List

Hey all, I have several off-market deals (various cities) and am looking to build out a larger network of buyers. I've researched property data aggregation and skip tracing sites, but am moreso focused on finding cash buyers/investors. Are there any groups, websites, or other resources you recommend?

Most of my experience is fixing and flipping, so any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Jesse,

Partner with a lender that will finance assignment fee's, they will have your buyers. Local REIAs are a good place to network also.
