if you think wholesaling is an easy business and that it'll make you thousand's and thousand's every month your mistaken my word to every brave entrepreneur get ready because it's not gonna be an easy game at all don't let these wholesaling guru's

make you think other than that before learning anything about wholesaling real estate learn how to find those really distressed homeowner's because that's what you need to think about if i was you i'd go straight to the source COUNTY RECORD'S and good luck to any brave entrepreneur out there

reach out if you need any help when is come's to lead generation and wholesaling!

It is certainly not easy! Even targeting county records it takes much more volume than what the county can provide to build a consistent pipeline of deals.

It is certainly not easy! Even targeting county records it takes much more volume than what the county can provide to build a consistent pipeline of deals.

Yes, wholesaling is not the easy way to raise cash for investing that many new investors think it is.

do you think that is that because of the amount of competition or something else?
Im wholesaling in sarasota, venice, and bradenton, ive been at it officially for about a week,
i was able to secure a jv contract for a fixer in venice, but its prob not going to sell,
I think that is because it is priced to high, $205k contract versus a $150k offer i received,
the main challenge im running into is myself and not low enough offers to make a deal happen,
any thoughts?

  After the tariffs all other side hustles became undoable so everyone is thinking about real estate now which is logic tbf so the market is getting really saturated with wholesaler's but keep in mind not all wholesaler's succeed because of some lack of knowledge you to understand the game from all aspects and you'll be flying if you need any help don't hesitate to reach out to me!

Just curious what side hustles did the tariffs impact? Import/ export type businesses?
Yes wholesaling is hard. It seems the best way to make money as a wholesaler is selling courses on how to do it to wannabes, or having a successful YouTube channel etc. doing the influencer/ guru thing. If somebody can make it as a wholesaler, they’d probably be a great agent so might as well just do that instead (or both, but would need to be careful to avoid ethics violations and net listings, many legal grey areas when holding a license).
