“Cleanouts as a bottleneck: how are you handling them?”

Quick question for investors, wholesalers, and landlords in Central VA:

When a deal is under contract but the property still needs to be cleared out (trash, furniture, leftover contents), who do you usually rely on to get it done quickly? I’m coordinating with a local cleanout crew around Chester / Richmond and seeing a lot of deals slow down at this stage. Curious how others are handling cleanouts so closings don’t get delayed.
