DFW is a great market for fix and flip investors.
One tip that helps when networking is connecting with people who are already actively buying. Look at recent flips or cash sales in the areas you are targeting and see which investors are purchasing multiple properties. Those are usually the most serious operators.
Also local investor meetups and real estate groups in the DFW area can be great places to build real relationships. A lot of deals and partnerships come from simply getting to know people who are active in the market.
