Thanks for getting back to me! Sorry for not responding sooner. What are you doing to find deals? I have mostly been direct mailing with preforeclosure as my main focus. I've had a little success but not a ton. Also how are you then marketing your deals when you go to wholesale them? Thanks for the help, grateful to be learning and excited to be apart of the BP community.
