Hi Everyone,

I am a cash buyer looking to buy properties from an experienced wholesaler familiar with the SF Bay Area. I am looking for location potentials and would be open to the condition of the properties and types of projects(reno/addition/rebuild/land). Please send me a message if you can help. Thanks!
