Any insurance broker can help you with securing an Umbrella Policy if that's what you're referencing. Just let the broker know that you require an A rated insurer. That's it.
There are many ways for protecting properties and this is just one of many ways to do so.

Kira,
As Patricia mentioned, be sure to let the agent know the requirements (A rated). Look to an independent agent that represents multiple Insurance Carriers. They can quote with their markets that meet the requirements. Look for recommendations from other Landlords in the area where the property is located. If you live in one state and invest in other states, see if you can find an agent licensed in all the states you need. Good luck with the search and feel free to let me know if you have any questions on this info.

Hi Kira, I see your location coming up as Los Angeles but also Kansas? If the property is here in LA, I have a great agent who handles my rentals, and know another at State Farm who does it for our syndication group. Both have top notch options.
