Insurance for Owner-Occupied Duplex

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to real estate investing but I'm looking to purchase my first property within the next 5 months. The home will be an owner-occupied duplex.

What type of insurance policy should I have? Do I need additional coverage on top of homeowners insurance? What kind of coverage should I get? I want to make sure that I'm not underinsured.
