Hi all:
Does anybody recommend an insurance agency that can provide coverage for a whole portfolio of single-family, duplexes, and fourplexes that are held in LLCs?
@Michael Rost We set up these programs for clients. Just did on in MO that consisted of 23 LTR, 2 vacant and 5 being renovated. There were 5-6 different entity names. Everything was put onto a single policy for easy of management.
