Cheapest Barebones Ohio Home Insurance Companies

Which insurance companies (not brokers) generally have the cheapest home insurance rates? Barebones, most of the property is being gutted but the bank requires insurance.

My current one is $1300 annually for $800k in the event of rebuilding. Highest deductible for a large, old home. The reason I want to switch is required repairs (It would mess up the order of my rennovations and I can't do them now).
