Historic Property Insurance Providers

I Have a historic joisted masonry property with commercial space on the bottom. Naturally I'd like to save on insurance premiums.

Suggestions on companies that insure these types of properties?

@Ryan Bard there are group captive programs out there that are specifically insuring pre-1940s properties. They offer competitive and customizable options, and can put you in a good long-term stable position when it comes to insurance.
