I have hard time to purchase an Umbrella policy. Every Umbrella insurance wants my auto insurance .. but their quote is invariable 2 times the price of my current auto-policy carrier., which does not offer an Umbrella product.
Have your agent check into PersonalUmbrella.com. They are a stand alone umbrella product that works well for investors. If you do not have an agent or if your agent is exclusive to his/her company then you should contact an independent agent. Look for guidance of other investors in your area for an agency that is experienced with property investment, flipping, development,.. That way you can develop a relationship in case you need them later
