Hello Biggerpockets, first post here, looking for some suggestions on insurance agencies. I'm looking at a duplex to house hack in the St. Paul, MN area. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good insurance agency? Or any information on who to avoid?
I just signed on with the National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG) for a 4 plex I just purchased. They had options for insurance starting at $118 per month.
