Great question! I'm curious about the same, actually. I'm in Florida, and the insurance market is incredibly difficult right. I'm wanting to know what people are expecting from their current agent, why their agent does/doesn't satisfy their needs, and what kind of things we can all do to make the process easier, especially with everything going on.
