Bullhead City Appreciation Thoughts?
My friend is selling his house and is open to an assumable mortgage. I would need to put $45,000 down upfront, with a monthly payment of about $650. I plan to use it as a rental property, but I'm concerned about the location—Bullhead City, Arizona. I looked up some info on Bullhead City but there isn't much about future plans. Do you think real estate in Bullhead City is likely to appreciate or depreciate? Or should I invest in a rental property elsewhere?
