One thing I haven't put any time into is relationships with other Cleveland investors. It's important to me to know other like-minded people with similar goals, who are going through similar things...so I would love to meet some other Cleveland investors to hear about your portfolios and experiences in Cleveland (especially those in the 44102 zip).

Congrats on closing on your first duplex! 44102 is one of my favorite zip codes on the west side. 44111 is also solid pocket that's worth checking out.

Our construction company operates out of 44102. We are in talks on a big project over there. Very preliminary, but certain parts of the area have real potential.
