Hi, 

I am an out of state investor based in New York. I am a Builder and a Firefighter so I do not have time to source deals. I am looking to connect with wholesalers in Memphis only.

Hey Thomas! Try to find some wholesalers by joining MIG (Memphis Investors Group) or you can add your email on wholesaler Facebook posts in local real estate groups and I am 100% sure you will start seeing wholesale deals showing up in your email inbox. Best of luck to you!

    Hey Tommy — I’m local here in North Mississippi / Memphis metro and handle dispositions for off-market deals, so sourcing is exactly what I do.

    We have a lot of properties just across the state line in DeSoto County, MS — still in the Memphis metro, strong rental demand, and often better landlord laws and insurance rates.

    If you're open to both, I can keep you posted on SFR and small multifamily deals that fit your criteria so you don't have to spend your limited time chasing leads.

    I was Navy Fire Fighter for 7 years. I would like to know more about what type of projects you are looking for. New construction, Buy and Hold? I agree with Jordan MIG and Facebook. My facebook was hacked 4 years ago so I am on here and linkedIn. IF you would like to hop on a call, feel free.
