I started investing in Cleveland and would like to diversify into Memphis. Looking if anyone has a neighborhood grade map of Memphis, recommmded agents and property managers. Much appreciated!

    If you search The Investors Guide To Memphis Real Estate wherever you listen to podcasts,  YouTube or Facebook (All over Tiktok and IG as well) you will be able to see our Memphis TN Investment Zip Code break down where I talk price points, rental ranges and sales figures form year to year. We have been doing this breakdown of the zip codes for 8 years now

    Good Luck and Im always available to answer any questions based on my personal expierence over the 23 years selling the product and the last 10 yesars buying the product! I feel ike I have screwed it all up so I dont mind sharing those expierences so you can avoid them!

    Hey @Jonathan Leung! That’s awesome you’re looking at Memphis, it’s a great market for investors. I’ve been helping people build rental portfolios here for over 20 years and one thing I always tell folks is Memphis is very street by street — one block can be solid and a few blocks over can be totally different.

    We actually have an investment map of Memphis that shows neighborhood grades, cash flow potential, and more. I can mail you a copy so you can get a better feel for the areas before diving in.

    If you want, I can also connect you with a few local agents and property managers who really know the market and work well with out of town investors.
