Hello any help would be greatly appreciated,
I have some some capital saved up to buy my 1st rental property, is it possible to find a property for less than 100k that can host a section 8 tenant and have positive cash flow?
And are there any PMC doing this for out of state investors?
what kind of cash flow can be expected?
