Moving again possibly out of the country

Hello again everyone, we've made the decision to move out of the country in about a year!!

For several years its been in the talks but it was always never the right time or not enough money but I know realized its analysis paralysis.

We are thinking of several countries but as of now we are settled on mexico. We do not have any connections to the country and we've never been so its all so new. I do speak Spanish and we have done some research but also feel its not enough. Is there anyone here doing any real estate investing in mexico or is there anything I can look into that will help with the move??

Any kind of info would help, thanks everyone.

Problem with Mexico for this is that if you do not have citizenship then you cannot buy property. If you're not Mexican it is a lease.
