SEPTIC ALARM (next door) SOS!
Hi! We just purchased our first rental- a duplex near PTC GA. The renos are going great. We recently had a bunch of rain and the duplex next door apparently has a faulty septic tank. The alarm has been going off for over 36 hours. I have called non emergent PD and they sent the fire department- who cannot do anything. I have filed a complaint with the environmental health dept. Is there anything I can or should do? The tenant (who doesn't live there but the FD communicated with over the Ring) said that they would contact the owner. Help! We have tenants coming this weekend! The alarm is SOOO loud!
