My name is Garrett White, and I'm a Nuclear I&E Specialist for Duke Energy and part time real estate investor. My investing career began at age 21 when I purchased my first duplex. Since then, I have bought another duplex, as well as two single families for a total of 6 units. 

Moving forward, I plan to use my credibility and knowledge from the smaller deals to transition into medium sized B/C class value-add multi family's. Therefore, I've invested a good bit of my time trying to learn the process of syndications and pooling money from private investors.

I've been super blessed to be surrounded by mentors that have helped cut my learning curve tremendously in the single family investing arena. However, I would love to find a mentor willing to take me under their wing and provide me with specialized knowledge regarding multifamily investing. I have a deep burning desire to learn everything necessary to be the best in my niche, regardless of the price. Therefore, I'd be glad to work for knowledge or possibly even pay for a mentorship if necessary. 

Regardless, I'm very excited to learn from you guys! I've been reading some of the forums and it's obvious there are a lot of sharp men and women on here!
