Good morning BP!
Zach Davidson here. I'm a new member here at BiggerPockets and excited to engage with this amazing community. I am the ultimate newbie when it comes to real estate investing. I'm a recent Atlanta transplant, by way of NYC, and bought a home in a suburb 10 minutes from downtown. Because of my extensive work travel schedule, I took a shot at Airbnb'n my home 7 months ago while I was away and the returns have paid my mortgage each month since. This was the small step and beginning of what I hope to be a launch into what I foresee as a life-changing career path. Understanding I am very new to REI, I am looking to simply use 2017 as a time to educate myself, interact with the community. I would also love to network with local investors in the Atlanta area. With all that said, hello everyone!!

Congrats on the success!! Airbnb investment could be an interesting path for you since you've had success already with the first one. Of course it's riskier and would probably require more work (especially if it's not your primary home), but the payoff is usually higher. So something to think about.

Hey @Zachary Davidson I am also new(ish) to the ATL area moving here last summer from Ohio.
I have put together a monthly meet up on the north edge of ATL where many local investors, experienced and newbies, and anyone in the RE field meet up on the last Tuesday of each month and share, experience, time and goals to help each other grow as a whole.
