Newbie Advice on paying more than 30+ mortgages?

How does one manage staying on top of paying all of the mortgages from all of their properties when they have a large amount of them? Is there someone you hire like the property manager that is in charge of that? Is there some sort of way to handle this tricks or tips other then just making sure you get it done?

@Account Closed Paying the mortgage is the easy part.  This can be automated either from your bank account by setting up reoccurring payments or then by going into the Mortgage companies website and automating the monthly payment there.  Once its done you dont have to worry about it.  And since its so simply and needs to be setup only once I would not hire anyone to do this task

I think a lot of people stick with 1-2 banks or move several properties into a commercial loan or blanket loan (i.e. one loan services 5+ properties). That is what I will probably do when I get there.
