Hi all, I'm a new Real Estate investor in the St. Louis, Missouri metro area. My goal is to get buy and hold rental properties. I'm hoping to get my first deal done this year.

Welcome, David! I'm a newer investor in the St. Louis area as well. Been at it just over a year now. I have 5 doors and another 2 (a duplex) under contract. I also coordinate a happy hour meet up for St. Louis area investors. It's held on the last Thursday of every month, from 5 - 7pm at Heavy Riff Brewing in Dogtown. Join us if you can!
