So the word is getting out.... Stage two bubble  is here, but I'm curious about my neck of the woods. Have any of the Florida realtors notice a slow down in the past month?

I feel slighted.  I missed stage 1.  Where was I?

Probably busy out buying quality assets that help you meet your goals instead of playing amateur macro economist.

    Bubble not necessary pop immediately.

Bubble can last a long time, years, before it pop...

Bubble can grow to much much bigger bubble... that being said, house price can go up much much higher before it turn...

I can't find the article but it was a funny one, it showed articles predicting that we are in the next real estate bubble every year for the past 6 years. Are we going to be saying the same thing 5 years from now I wonder, "Yep this is the year, bubble is here!"

While I did upvote you for your whitty reply, many areas it is slowing down and sales & prices are dropping, so its really regional vs the entire USA, and even then, like here in DFW, parts are red hot and parts are not moving. It depends on the price, the location, and the desire, just like any other property, current price is what someone will pay for it.
