I’m finding trailers and apartments in the 25-90k range. Are they worthwhile Imvestments? Is there a stigma against people renting trailers? Any advice would be appreciated.

Apartments are like condos in that you don't own the land and there may be an HOA, trailers are a bad investment. A mobile home might work out but watch the space rent as that can be a killer and they may be harder to fill a vacancy. Also if it is in a park you don't own the land.
