These times they are a changing. I guess when your town is rock bottom you have nowhere else to go but up.
I did a Google search. For 2019 Coffeyville slipped from #1 to #3 for worst place to live in Kansas.
But there is good news, Coffeyville is still #1 in the state (according to Google) for lowest Median Home Values. $52,900. Good news if you're buying, bad news if you're selling. That kind of jives with another news report last week that Coffeyville had the lowest average mortgage payment in the country.
