Looking for Multifamily Broker/Realtor in Birmingham, AL

I'm selling a property in Los Angeles in ~July and am looking for multifamily properties in Birmingham, AL in the $400-450k price range. Can anyone recommend a good realtor / broker, lender, and/or property manager?

    I'm also looking for a good realtor in Birmingham to list a single family home that is currently a rental property. Anyone you can recommend?

    Hi Fletcher,

    Outside of BP, I also recommend compiling a list of realtors/brokers, lenders, and/or property management companies from Google and then giving all of them a call. I'd start with brokers, because they are easier to find. Then, ask them for lender and property management company recommendations.

    For the property manager, make sure you actually visit the properties they manage in-person. Only way to know that the story they tell about how they manage is actually a reality!
