My wife and I are looking to buy and hold multi-family units, mainly looking for 4 plexs in the Bellevue and Omaha NE area. With an end goal of having the cash flow pay for our dream ranch.
I found BP by accident, falling down the YouTube rabbit hole while working out in the garage. From the many recommendations in the BP podcasts I purchased Rich Dad Poor Dad, and have continued my new education with several BP books. As a result of all the education BP offers I am now ready to start a new journey.

@Heinz Mikat I just put my 4 plex in bellevue under contract this weekend. I may be selling some other properties. What is your price range and criteria?
Now I wish I would have done this a few weeks back, the 4plex in Bellevue is a little heart breaking let me know if things don't work out. I am going to be talking to lenders this week to find out what all my options are.

I found BP from a simple Google search for "best real estate podcasts". It has definitely changed my life for the better. I'm from whitefish and now I'm a Realtor in Bozeman.
