Reading and learning a lot on Realestate investment on bigger pockets, and their books. Truly appreciative of this community. Wanted to seek opinions from experts/pro's- are deals/ads posted in craiglist for Realestate sale reliable/worth looking in to? 

My learning in Realestate journey began and expanded with biggerpockets, and lot of their resources refer to craiglist-therefore this question.
