Your recommendations for strong rental zip codes in Dallas TX

A new investor, looking to focus on rental and or brrr properties in Dallas Tx. Here are a few zip codes that I am looking into right now, can you help me to narrow it down/edit? I am researching. 75211, 15, 16, 32, 41 and 75149 (mesquite)

I'm sure you have received much considerations for the zip codes you're researching. I like 75149 and 181. for high end rental take a good look at 

75214 and 206. Have fun on you journey.

    I would hit up C to C+ class neighborhoods out here. And keep them within a 20-30 min drive of where you live if possible so you can pop in if issues come up. I personally like Grand Prairie, Arlington and Ft worth. 76050 and 75052 are my favorite zips. I find my highest ROI and lowest tenant turnover is in the $1,300-1,700/month range. Homes that cost around 120-180k. Good luck!
