A new investor, looking to focus on rental and or brrr properties in Dallas Tx. Here are a few zip codes that I am looking into right now, can you help me to narrow it down/edit? I am researching. 75211, 15, 16, 32, 41 and 75149 (mesquite)

I'm sure you have received much considerations for the zip codes you're researching. I like 75149 and 181. for high end rental take a good look at
