Hey Everyone!
Can you please share some of the best books you’ve read on rental property investing? Looking to educate myself more on it before making any moves! I read rich dad poor dad and although I got a lot out of the book it is more inspirational then technical, looking to learn more technical information about negotiating, making leases, hiring property management/contractors, financing etc.

Just keep reading whatever the books you think are good or have good reviews. Most of the biggerpockets books should be good. Also, while I don't do it and should do, one thing you want to do is to take notes while reading and implement to your business every time you finish reading, so that you are not just reading.
