Hi everyone. I’m looking to hire someone to take photos of the properties I am looking to wholesale virtually in Tampa. Where is the best place to look for someone to help me out with that?

Hi Kaylan! It depends upon your budget and expectations. If you're looking for high quality work, I would reach out to local RE agents. These referrals would be a great plug and play option as they already know what to do. If you're a bit more flexible with your expectations and your budget is tighter, I would recommend posting an ad on Craiglist or FB. Warning! This method will be less expensive however you will need to provide more training/guidance and set clear expectations on what you are looking to achieve.

Hey Kaylan,
I'm currently wholesaling a few properties a month virtually - from my experience your first option should always be for the homeowner to take the photos. We usually get the photos the day after we put the property under contract so not only is it fast but it's free.

For almost all properties I wholesale virtually I hire someone on Craigslist for $50. I hire someone to walk through the property and take pics with their phone. Easy, cheap and effective.
