Would love your advice on my new Blue Ridge STR

First off, to the OG’s on the forum, thank you so much. You know who you are...

This listing is more or less the brainchild of this forum and this wouldn’t be possible without all the wealth of knowledge from this group.

What do you think of the listing? I’m open to all advice:

PS: If you're reading this and have a question about anything STR please do the OGs a favor and search the forum before asking your question. There's a good chance it's already here.

Though the responses to the questions that have already been answered multiple times do give me a chuckle when I see them. So maybe do keep asking them?

The post processing on those photos are a bit aggressive. Some people may hesitate and wonder if they were heavily photoshopped, but I could tell the place is very well done. Perhaps dial down the effect just a tad to give it a bit more authenticity.

     You can probably just ask the photographer.  You paid good money.   They're probably happy to help.

     Wow, nice place! I'm being hypocritical here because I do this too but maybe tone down the emojis in the title? You definitely got creative with the character limit but too many emojis can be hard to read.

    I really love your cover photo and wanted to see the full screen version which takes me to the grouped photo page where I had to scroll all the way down for it. I've done this on some of my listings and feel like it's a little unnatural for the user. 

    Again, super nice place and I'm nitpicking here. This one's going to do well for you.

     at the time everything was going about 10% over asking so yes

     Thank you for the advice and great points! I cleaned up the emojis a little to make the title more readable. Yeah I'm not sure why airbnb does that, it's a weird user experience to click on the photo and then just get dropped in that organized by room view.  So you're saying you removed that from your listings so the photos appear in the order you uploaded them?

    Hi Jack,

    wow Wow WOW! I love all of the pine floors, walls, and ceilings. You did a great job picking out the perfect fabrics like the red and black plaid shower curtain and Earth-tone furnishings. You should be really proud of yourself. I normally don't go for this kind of rustic look, but everything works! I'm excited that the BiggerPockets podcasts and forums have helped you so much. Very inspiring. 

    The only thing I would recommend you do is to be more descriptive in your headline and description. The headline should change often and be something enticing like "40% OFF Gorgeous Mountain Views! Lumberjack chic interior! Family-friendly arcade games. Hot tub. Outdoor fireplace. Spacious decks. Best in Morganton!"

    Even though you list all the great things that your STR has to offer I would still word the highlights in an alluring paragraph or two that tantalizes the interest of potential guests.

    Some large area rugs would look great, but I understand if you want to keep the housecleaning super simple. Some nature-inspired artwork would help to elevate the space as well, but I wouldn't poke any holes in the walls. Instead, I would use a molding picture hanging system to suspend the artwork from the ceiling molding at the top of the walls with picture framing wire or multiple strands of monofilament.
