Best Real estate agencies in Michigan

I am a young realtor in Michigan , I’m wondering if anybody had any suggestions on good agencies I could apply to in the Metro Detroit area , appreciate your time peace and love everybody.

    Hi Tony, congrats on getting your RE license. What type of agent are you looking to become? Will you be working with the general public or will you be working with Investors, looking for investment properties?

    You have to decide which way is best for your career, and do your research before committing to either one.

    @Tony Legg 95% of Realtors focus on the general public.

    So, finding a broker that really works with investors is tough.

    Are you looking to be a part of a team, or are you looking to be an independent agent?

    Getting started in real estate with a team may be the easiest. You will pay a larger split, but you will likely have an additional source of leads. I would say focus on finding someone who you want to learn from. This will be a "mentor/mentee" type relationship so that is most important in my opinion.

    From there, look at the educational resources that come with each brokerage. As you are just starting diving in to educational resources will be very important. I spent a handful of years with Keller Williams, who have some really great resources for agents just getting started. However, they aren't the only one. Most big box brokerages will have their own version/system for educating their agents. 

    Start with who you will be learning from, then look at the resources that come with the brokerage.

    Hey Andrew thanks for your reply. In your opinion what is the best way to find a realtor to model myself after. I know a couple that are successful and sell themselves well but they seem to busy to offer any mentorship.
